Services
Towing Marketers provides digital marketing services — including SEO, advertising management, Google Business Profile management, and website design — to towing companies. Plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise, are month-to-month, and may be cancelled with notice before the next billing date. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
No ranking guarantees
Search rankings, advertising performance, and lead volumes depend on factors outside any agency’s control. Our strategies are designed to maximize your likelihood of strong results, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Case-study results reflect individual clients and do not guarantee future performance.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to the accounts and information reasonably required to deliver services (such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads, analytics, and website access), and confirm that the business information they supply is accurate.
Ad spend
Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and are separate from management fees.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Towing Marketers’ aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the services in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
